Flash, video, and audio in PowerPoint?

Can anyone direct me to their favorite site that discusses the ins and
outs of using flash files, video, and audio in PowerPoint
presentations? I used to do it quite a bit years ago in an older
version of PPT, but now that I'm using PPT 07 and being asked to do
this kind of stuff again, I am sort of starting from scratch all over
again.

Any tips and links are greatly appreciated.
