Flashing Icon Word

I have been having trouble with MS Word when moving from
one doc to another. And recently got a message the Macros
couldn't be enabled due to an expired or non existant
something (Verisign?). My office programs are are current
and legal. I send file to other computers and work on
them on other computers. Any thoughts? Thanx
