When I open an existing Word document and try to run a
spell check or edit using the find function, the title bar
starts flashing and I can't do anything with the
document. When it first started I would alt+ctrl+del out
of it, then I discovered that if I changed something in
the document then tried to edit of spell check it would
work. Lately I have found that if I click on the Word
Icon in the task bar it closes word and I find the spell
check window or the find window on the desktop, click the
Word icon in the taskbar again and all works fine...until
the next time I open the document and I have to go through
the process again.
How can I stop this from happening???
I tried downloading updates from Norton as suggested in
one post I came across dealing with something similar, but
that didn't resolve the problem.
