Perhaps you need to find a version of Flash Player that is Vista-compatible,
or try reinstalling in compatibility mode?
You should also try asking your question in a group dedicated to Vista, such
as:
microsoft.public.windows.vista.general
rather than in this group, which is dedicated to the Access relational
database product.
