FLickering issue using a picture in a table

Hello,

I have a problem with word2002 that the screen if flickering when i use a
picture in a table.
I use word2002 on a citrix server (Xenapp 5 fp2) with windows2003 x64 on
Xenserver so the windows2003 x64 is a Virtualhost.
I discoverd that when i give the host 4gb of Ram or less this flickering
does not occur.
When i give the host more then 4gb of Ram the flickering occurs again.

Is this a specific problem with word2002 and a lot of Ram?
