Flickering Screen

Hi-

I'm new here...you guys bailed me out when I had trouble with duplicate
entries while sync'ing with new PDA.

When I open Outlook, whether it be Mail, Contacts, Tasks.....for the first
few minutes the entire screen flickers as though it's loading info, yet no
additional info presents when flickering stops. Any ideas?
