FliemakerPro 7 and Excel

I installed FilemakerPro 7 last evening. I was not overly surprised
that Excel (Office X) does not recongize fp7 format. Does anyone know
if Office 2004 will import fp7 files? I love the tight integration of
Excel with Filemaker, especially when it works! Thank you.

IIRC, FMP7 came out at MacWorld in January, right?

If that's the case, I would expect that it would be too late to
incorporate into XL04 - given standard industry development cycles, I'd
think the 04 feature set would have been "finalized" long before then,
unless FileMaker both tipped MS off early, *and* had a working version
in time for MS to spec. MS hasn't said one way or the other, as far as I
know.

However, make sure you provide feedback to MacBU (in XL: Help/Feedback
on Excel), so they know you want it!
