Flies being renamed

I have recently changed my server from NT4 to (2) Win2K3 Servers running FRS
since that I seem to be having a problem with saving my Excel files. After
saving the file it appears normal eg. filename.xls after about 5 seconds the
file changes to 123456 I am using Office 2K.
