Flip Text Box

I am using Word 2000
I have a text box with verbage in it and I want to flip it so that it is
up-side down.
I clicked on the text box, went to my drawing tool, Rotate and flip, but
everything was grayed out - can't use. I clicked on the text box and right
clicked my mouse, but didn't see anything there I could use. I then when to
Format - Text Direction, but it does not have an upside down option. Only
normal and two side options.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this text to read upside down?
