Flip the X and Y data on a chart so that the Y data is vertical.

I'm new at creating charts and it seems that no matter how I arrange the 3
columes of data the smaller number one ends up on the bottom. I have 1 colume
of vacuum levels(0 to 28) I want on the vertical and 2 columes of degree of
rotation to appear on the horizontal(0 to 360).

Excel's very good at making charts with multiple series quickly if they share their
X values. You want to share their Y values.

Put the two rotation columns first, followed by the vacuum column. Select the first
rotation column, then hold CTRL while selecting the vacuum column. Start the chart
wizard, select XY Scatter in the first step, then in the second step, click on the
Series tab, click Add, click in the Y Values entry field and select the Vacuum range
again, then click in the X Values entry field and select the second rotation column,
and press Finish.
