Floating comments

Hello Guys & Dolls:
Here is one that I haven't seen, yet!
Is this possible in xl? To have a floating Comment? that is always visible,
no matter where you are on a page?
After Rick C. helped me, and without any negative dialog, He sparked my
curiosity.
Although my workbook is now pretty much automated, I would like to create a
floating comments dialog box?
Possible?

add a "dummy" validation to your cells,
and fill in the 2nd tab's "input message"

that should do what you want.

A comment is attached to a cell, and once that cell is off the screen,
its comment won't be visible.

You could expand the height of the first row, and type a comment in a
cell there. Or, add a comment to one of the cells, and size it to fit
within the expanded row.

Then, freeze the top row so it is always visible.
