Float's Mobile Agent

On this forum i was recommended - http://fma.sourceforge.net/. I found the
site confusing. The thread is old so i am starting a new one.

I am looking to download software for the pc. The problem is that I am
unable to view the SIM contacts in Outlook. I want to amend, delete update,
view the SIM card contacts from my pc desktop.

Please can you let me know what others do.
Thank you.

Sourceforge lists many open source projects. To find Float, do a google
search for it.

If you want to edit your sim contacts in Outlook then you will need some
kind of synchronisation software ( I don't think FMA does synch), normally
this is provided with your phone, depends on what phone you have.

Yes a while ago you provided the web page. The problem is I cannot find the
software you refer to. I already use Activesync. I want software to access
my SIM card but I want to install it on my pc. I have googled and not found
anything suitable.

I thought you had a specific software name on FMA you could provide me?

Thanks.

ACtivesync will sync your contacts on your device with Outlook.

Perhaps if you describe what is NOT happening, someone will be better able to assist you.

Include your Outlook version, Activesync version and the device you are trying to get to sync to your SIM card (which is actually your device's default storage for contacts.)

Yes I have that link which you sent. I click "Download". There is a long
list of software packages. Which one do you recommend? I do not know which
one to select.

I am not able to view, add, delete contacts store on the SIM card. I am not
able to view, add, delete from the SIM card from my pc. Can you recommend
software to do this job?

Outlook 2002 does not allow me to edit the contacts stored in the SIM card.
Activesync 4.5 does not allow me to manage my SIM card. I connect a
smartphone using USB to my pc. I want to run sorftware on my pc to then
connect to the SIM card.

Thank you.
