Floor Plan to Elevation View?

I've just finished laying out a kitchen floorplan in Visio 2003. Is it
possible to view an elevation view of each wall? If so... how is that done?
Also... does anyone have any suggestions/preferences regarding software that
would convert 2D to 3D (preferably kitchen cabinetry)? Thanks in advance for
any assistance!
