None of the versions of Visio has such a thing. I bought some fairly cheap
software that does have this. I think it was 3d home design or something like
that.

There's actually a difference between multilevel and 3d. Multilevel simply
refers to more than one storey. Visio can represent multilevel buildings by
placing separate levels on individual sheets. However, I couldn't find any
samples online for the original poster. I'm surprised.
