Flow Chart - fit picture to page size

I have created a flow chart on an A3 page/printer size however my chart does
not cover the whole page which I need it to. I checked help and it told me to
click and drag, the same you would do in word however this is not working. It
expands the sides but not top and bottom. Can anyone please help me with this?

Have you tried File, Page Setup, wait a second, Print Setup, Print Zoom ?
