Hi Alain,
Flowcharter is not a Microsoft software package.
Originally 'abc flowcharter' it's now a Corel/Igrafx
package: http://www.igrafx.com/products/flowcharter/
You may want to check with the Corel folks, but generally
the older versions seem to run okay on Windows XP.
