Fly out menu in FP2K?

[Glenn Hagele - Council for Refractive Surgery Qual]

I have created with the tremendous assistance of those here (Thanks!)
a javascript hover menu at http://www.ComplicatedEyes.org. I would
like to create a fly out (correct term?) menu tree that would allow
someone to start with placing a mouse over an initial menu item that
would cause a sublisting of related menu items to fly out. When the
mouse is over this sublisting, a sub-sublisting would fly out, etc..
This tree would allow someone to quickly drill down to the specific
page of importance.

Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I believe this will be much easier to do with FrontPage 2003 when it is
released.

Unfortunately I do not have a version of FrontPage that supports this
and I need greater flexibility. I'm still open to more suggestions.
