I've got today a request similar to that:
I want when the user press on the printer button, the form by default to
select this kind of paper size, no matter what is the default paper size in
that computer.
I can't find a way to do that with the release of InfoPath I have today, to
achieve that I should have a list of default paper sizes without selecting
the default printer, then, then select one paper size, and when the end user
presses the print button, the document to be printed on his printer using
that size.
For example, if the default printer is using "A4" and the document must be
printed in "Legal", the document will select the "legal" paper size during
printing.
I have many of these requests today, for example the end user is asking us
to resize the form to match couple of paper sizes, and of course I cannot
achieve that today without using multiple views.
I wrote that just giving an idea of what will be nice to have in the future
releases of InfoPath.
Thanks
