I recently modified a form and a strange thing began to occur. A Text Box
control which was not even touched began to act strangely. When I go to a new
record the Text box is set to tabstop 0 and it gets the focus. It will keep
the focus until I begin to type, it automatically jumps to the next tabstop
after a set time, approx .5 sec.
If I type fast I can get two or three letters typed, if I type slow only one
letter is typed before it jumps. If I return to the control it acts normally
and keeps the focus until I hit ENTER. Once the record is saved the text box
acts normal also.
This is really annoying. Anybody got any ideas?
I have been using Access now for years and this is a first for me. Your help
is greatly appreciated. PS this is in Access 2000.
