focus on outlook pop-up (alerts, reminders...)

I think it's very annoying that alert and reminders steal focus from current
window... If I'm writing something in an application, I'll find my text
written in outlook insted of current application...
Any ideas? For me this behaviour should be changed in the next release of
Office

Which version of Outlook are you using? Neither Outlook 2003 not Outlook 2007
behave that way for me, or at least not as I've noticed. The reminder window
in those versions has never stolen focus that I can recall.

sorry if I had not specified it before...

I'll be more precise on this topic, everytime it happens
It seems it only happens with some other apps (IE excluded)
for now, I just can state that it ALWAYS happens when outlook is downloading
mail and there is something wrong, so it asks for credentials

Credentials dialogues are neither alerts nor reminders. When a connection to
your mail server is interrupted during sending or receiving, Outlook needs you
to intervene in order to continue. What would you like it to do when it
encounters a critical issue?

I thought that credentials dialogues were alerts...
However, I'd prefer that ANY app keeps its message in background, not
covering my foreground app (at least until outlook will know that my house is
burning...)
Reminder window, even if it doesn't stole focus, appears over every other
window, so if you are clicking with mouse in the "right" place, just when
rem. windows is appearing, you could delete all the reminders without willing
it...
Having a blinking task in task bar is nice, but having a pop-up window that
cover what are you doing is not so nice...
I was just asking if there is a way to prevent it, or to include this
feature in a new release

I used to come with the problem, and i have solved it with a popula
Outlook recovery tool called Advanced Outlook Repair . It is a powerfu
tool to recover messages, folders and other objects from corrupt o
