folded booklet

I want to create an 8.5 x 5.5 folded booklet that is reversible - that is
there is a cover on one side through to the center & then you can turn the
booklet over and flip it and have a different cover and contents through to
the center.

Create your booklet, rotate the contents 180 degrees from the center page to the
end. For example, if you have a 24 page book, rotate pages 13 through 24.

It maybe easier to create two publications so as to see the correct page
order, copy/paste to the booklet.
