Folder Access problems

hello everyone,
My company recently deployed Project server 2003. I have
administrative rights to the server. My problem is as
follows, I am able to perform all the acttions in the
admin area but am unable to get into any folders in
the "documents" section.

Tha authentication is set to Windows authentication.

Can anyone throw some light on this issue. Am i missing
anything?

The prblem is solved, The system was asking or my username
and password repeatedly.

I had not synchronised the administrator list in the
shareoint services after adding an admin
