Folder Automatically Expands with New Email

I have a number of rules set up so that particular emails go to particualr
folders. In 2007, when one of those folders gets an email, the folder
automatically expands. Can anyone tell me how to get Outlook 2003 to do the
same thing? I hate missing emails just because the folder hasn't expanded.

Outlook 2003 doesn't have that capability
