Folder Home Page

I've set several mail folders to have default home pages. Each page is
comprised of 2 or more datagridviews which load data on the page load event.
The data behind these pages (SQL) is updated every 5 minutes and when viewed
in IE work fine; however, within Outlook, these pages do not refresh
consistently. When I right-click refresh or click the refresh button from
the menu, these pages do not always refresh to the latest data.

Is this a sessions issue or something inherent within Outlook?
