Folder is full

So I recently changed from outlook 2003 to 2007 on my home computer because I
was having problems with attachments. I started having issues right away
with "folder is full" warnings.

The first thing I did was tried to archive all deleted files. I got a
warning
that says "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. if the
problem persists, restart Outlook" error so I had to uninstall 2007 and
resinstall 2003. I got them all archived and then put 2007 back on.

I started to get the small window that opened that said "folder is full"
when I tried to delete larger e-mails. Now it is every e-mail. There is
never a error code or anything else. I just want them to go into the
deleted folder(which is empty) so I can keep them for my records.

Someone suggested using Shift Delete which worked a couple of times but I do
not want to delete for good. After 4 Shift Deletes I get the warning that
says "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. if the problem
persists, restart Outlook".

I also read about the PST file. I have looked for it but I can not find it
anywhere.

What do you guys think? PLEASE HELP!!!

As in the other thread, we still don't know *what* folder is full. What
account type do you use? If you use PST file(s), what type are they
(97-2002 ANSI, or 2003 Unicode), and how large are they?

You can find all these information in the Control Panel's Mail applet.

Eh? Why "archive" DELETED files? "DELETED" means "discarded", "trash", "no
longer required"! just empty the Deleted items folder!
