folder is marked as "read only" in publisher

I am using Publisher 2007 on a Windows 7 machine and trying to upload my web
site to godaddy via ftp. I have checked all of mygoddy settings with them.
It gives me this "read only" error. I see many postings on this site of what
are meant to be solutions but I do not see any for Windows 7 or easy
directions to a solution.

Can anyone help?
