Folder list scroll bar

Does anyone know how to turn off, or anchor, the horizontal scroll bar that
is located below the folder list in Outlook 2007? The scroll bar moves my
folders to the left when I drag messages from my inbox to another folder. I
want the folders to remain completely visible while I move messages. Thanks.
