Folder Lists in Outlook -- HELP HELP HELP

Good morning:
Here is my problem. IT recently did some work on my
computer and when it was returned to me, all my Folder
Lists were not available. I have been able to restore the
Folder Lists, but I am not able to view any of the files
created therein.
HOW DO I FIX IT so that I can view, my files created in my
Folder List? Our Director is away on vacation and his
assistant is not familiar with Outlook.

Do you get any error messages? What version and mode of Outlook are you
using? What have you already tried to relieve me of the obvious cures for
this?
