Folder navigation using email link

Is it possible to link to a public folder or a custom mail message for
in a public folder from a link in a standard mail message? I woul
like to bring up the custom form or navigate to the public folder whe
the user clicks on the link in a standard email message. Any hel
would be appreciated thanks
