Folder opens when windows 2000 boots up to full screen

Can anyone tell me why I get the following folder when my
system boots to the full windows 2000 screen:

C:\WINNT|FONTS\MSOFFICE.HTA

It does not seem to be causing any problems. I just close
it and go on to what I need to do.
