Folder permissions

I just installed SP2 for Office XP and have the same
issue. It isn't happening with SP1. Let me know if you
find anything, I've posted similar questions in other
groups.

I have found certain dll's to be corrupt or not registered.
The non-registered "cdo.dll" caused me a bit of headache.
