Folder Properties not available and Get Properties always greyed out

I read there is meant to be a 'Folder Properties' option when you ctrl
+click on a folder in Entourage 2008, but I see no such item. The only
thing I can find is 'Get Properties' under the main 'Edit' menu, but
that is always greyed out.

So... i) why do I not see 'Folder Properties' when I ctrl+click on
folders in Entourage 2008, and ii) why is 'Get Properties' always
greyed out no matter what's selected?

PS: I'm trying to clear the cache for a folder as per the directions
here - http://www.entourage.mvps.org/2008/faqs.html#change10

Folder Properties will appear if the folder is associated with an Exchange
account. Folders listed under "On My Computer" will not have "Folder
Properties" as an option.

As for your questions about "Get Properties", Microsoft Entourage's built-in
help was next to worthless since it comes with help topics but none of them
reference "Get Properties". Hopefully Outlook for Mac will allow a user to
search the text of the help information.

I found one reference to:

Bring up Project Properties window ⌘+I

So I it is probably that Get Properties is limited to Projects.

When I had this similar issue where my "folder properties" is grayed out, I
found that my Entourage account was not connected. Make sure that you are
connected to the Exchange server to perform this action.
