Hi Everyone,
I have a user in my environment who is running Outlook 2003 and experiencing
the following issue. At random intervals, some of her mailboxes will change
folder types. For example, the user has an IMAP account (one of many
accounts), and sometimes when she launches Outlook, her IMAP inbox folder
changes folder types from a message type to a contact type, or even a
calendar type. When she clicks on the Inbox, she can't get the e-mail
because it's trying to find contacts or calendar items. This isn't specific
to one folder either, this has happened to many different folders. Sometime
rebooting her machine fixes the problem, sometimes it doesn't. I've searched
around but haven't seen anyone else experiencing this strange issue. Any
thoughts?
