Folder view question

Apologies for the long question but I'm lost.

I'm trying to get multiple users to access the same folder simultaneously.
Currently they have PST's setup and are having to access them one at a time.
This is a serious pain in the but. What I want to do is setup a folder on a
network drive and have that folder be the repository for all of their
messages so they don't have to go through the process of using the pst's.

My question is, can I setup a network folder that acts like a message folder
in 2003 that is accessible from the regular folder tree in outlook?

Thanks.

Not without a back-end server or sharing app. See this:
