Folder will not drop down when trying to save file

When I try to save a Word File in a folder the folder will not drop down so I
can not add the newly created document to it. I am not on a network and have
no drives that are not active. Any Clues?!

Amazing... Worked great. I am no programmer. Followed Instructions easily.
Tip: copy the "string" then paste where approriate. Also discribe how to" Set
the Data of this value to 1". I figured it out . Thanks so much!
