Folders disappeared from All Mail Folders

Folders and sub-folders contain some very important information I need often.
These disappeared from my All Mail Folders listing on the left in Outlook.
I have an aol.com email address - is this an AOL problem or an Outlook
problem?

Diane, our setup is such that I click on an Outlook icon & email opens;
however, guess I could try logging on from AOL.com web site. Do you think
that might help? These folders must be readily accessible at my pc. Any
assistance would be a great help. Will look at emails in the AM - heading
home since it's 5:15PM. Thank you for your response!

Are you connecting to the AOL account using IMAP? Are they still available
online?
