Folders do not refresh

We are using Outlook 2000 and 2002. On all 2002 machines
and one 2000 machine the inbox doesn't refresh when new
mail comes into the inbox. Is there any fix or solution?
I have already tried the latest service packs and I still
have the same problem. I either have to close Outlook or
click on any folder to see new mail. Also send items
appear to be stock in outbox but the mail is actually
delivered.
