Folders Have Disappeared

I only use Outlook Express Web access and suddenly some of my folders
have disappeared, including one very important one that I access
routinely.

Does anyone know if or how they can be retrieved?

before we continue?

What were you doing when this happened?

There is no "Outlook Express Web Access." Are you referring to Outlook Web
Access (OWA)?

There's no such thing as "Outlook Express Web Access". If you mean Outlook
Express, ask in microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general. If you mean Outlook
Web Access, then ask in microsoft.public.exchange.clients.
