We have several workspaces in which we have the standard Files Tool. Each of
these workspaces have hundreds of files, folders, and subfolders.
We decided to change the permissions of participants. So, I right-clicked
on the Files Tool tab and changed the permissions. I found that these
changes did not propogate to all of the folders.
So, I right-clicked the Root folder and changed the permissions. Again, the
changes to the permissions did not propogate to the subfolders.
Is there a fix for this? A work-around? I do not relish having to change
the permissions on each of the hundreds and hundreds of folders in all of
these workspaces.
Please help.
