I am using the Exchange Server for my emails at my company. They have a restriction on the amount of space for my emails on their server. Therefore, I move some of my emails to "Folders on my Computer." However, this has been taking up space on my Hardrive. I would like to move the location of the storage of the "Folders on my Computer" emails to my External Hardrive. To my knowledge they are stored in the ...Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities. How do I have Entourage to link and store this information on my External Hardrive?

Welllllllll there is no easy way to do so.
One option is to move the entire identity to the external drive and
create an alias where the identity should have been,
You can't create a separate storage (as with PSTs in Windows) and simply
store them there,
