That works fine, but I close Outlook and open it up and all the folders
close regardless of whether they have unread messages in them or not, such
a
pain. :-(
I think I'll have to go back to OE as this rate. :-(
My accounts are POP3, I have one IMAP and 2 HTTPMail accounts, but I'm not
worried about them (though it would be nice for them to be open when I
open
Outlook).
Is it because I've exported my messages and folders from OE to Outlook?
Should I just start from scratch and create a new PST and new folders (and
hope it all works).

outlook 2003 should open folders when rules move new messages to them but
we're seeing problems with some accounts, especially exchange server.
what
kind of account and server are you using?

In Outlook Express whenever you open it up it automatically opened folders
that had unread messages in them regardless of whether you have closed the
folders the last time you were in Outlook Express.
This is great, but how do you set up Outlook 2003 to do the same thing? I
have to keep opening up the folders every time.
