If you mean that you want to work on an A4 page in Visio but print onto two
A5 then:
Page Setup:
Printer Paper A5, Orientation Portrait, Fit to 2 sheets across 1 sheet
down
Page Size, Pre-Defined Size A4, Landsape
Ensure that VIew / Page Breaks are on
