On the Exchange hard drive, users get 10 MB. Attachments can fill this
space quickly.
How about this idea:
Have a user create a local Personal Folders file on their PC's hard drive
(local.pst). Then have the user move their "Sent Items", old "Inbox" mail,
etc. to the local Personal Folders file ? I guess the user would have to
Compact the files.
Would this help to reduce the amount of space on the Exchange hard drive?
What problems could this create? Is there an easier way?
Thanks, Mark Flynn
