I have to protect my documents when they go out to a public folder because
they are ISO controlled documents and must not be changed without a formal
review procedure. The Protect Document feature works fine in most situations,
but some of the documents have {HYPERLINK} and {EMBED Package} inclusions.
They cannot be clicked when the document is protected.
My problem is that when I select a hyperlink as an Editing Restriction
Exception, the link can be followed BUT is left open to being edited or even
deleted. Is there any way to manipulate a hyperlink or an object linked to a
file so that the link can be followed but not edited in a protected document?
