Follow up flag does't work in sent items - Outlook 2003

When I set a follow up flag on a message in the sent items folder, the
reminder doesn't work. It only seems to work on messages in the inbox.

Any idea how to fix this?

Get the Reminder Manager add-in from http://www.slovaktech.com or wait for Outlook 2007.
