Hi, I just got Outlook 2003. When I create a new email I can add a flag to
it before I send it, by doing "Actions" -> "Follow Up" -> "Add Reminder" ->
"OK". It doesn't give me a choice of flag colors, and it winds up with a
faded red flag.
If I send this email to myself, it arrives with the same faded red flag
(rather than a red square around the flag like the others in the Quick Flag
column).
When I do the "For Follow Up" search, it doesn't find this newly arrived
email in my Inbox, even though it is supposed to be marked for Follow Up, and
it has a flag. In order for it to display in the "For Follow Up" search, I
have to manually change the flag to the correct red flag.
When I mark the outgoing email (before I send it) for Follow up, why isn't
this recognized by Outlook when the email is received? Is there something
else I need to do before I send it?
