Follow up Flag with Reminder not working

I have a user that makes a sub folder under his inbox. If you flag an email
and put a reminder on it in the sub folder it will not pop up with the
reminder. I have tested this with my outlook and get the same thing. We are
using Outlook 2003 with XP Pro. I am guessing you have to keep the Flagged
items in your inbox if you want to be reminded by outlook? Anyone know if
this is true or how to make it work with sub folders?

Correct, reminders work with your main Outlook Folders.
