Forgot to mention sometimes when I am working on a document in word or excel and go to save the work a dialog box appears that says I could run a compatibility report. When I do the report always says no compatibility issues or something to that effect.

Is there a way to edit a post once it is posted on the forum?

Most of the MVPs don't use the forum, so I'm not sure what the options are.

If you use a newsreader rather than the Mactopia interface to this newsgroup
you can download old messages and search for answers. If you are not
familiar with a newsreader, Entourage's basic newsreader already has the
Microsoft News server included. All you do is subscribe to the newsgroups
you want. See this article for help subscribing using the Entourage
newsreader:

Just like email, you can't edit once it's sent. :)

No, once you submit there's no way to revise. The best approach is to Reply
to your own message - once it appears, which may be a while :)

As for the Compatibility check you can turn it of in Word via Word>
Preferences - Compatibility, clear the checkbox. Likewise in Excel.
