Follow-ups to my Calender

I have Outlook 2003 and windows XP. My final goal is to
get my contact followups to appear on my pocket pc. I
understand that this is not an option, but I thought that
if i was able to transfer the followups to the calender
then i could sync them with the pocket pc. Is there
anyway to move my followups to the calender?
