Font Alignment for Button Text

P

P Weiss

In one of my projects i would need to intend the overlay
text for all the buttons due to special design of the
left side of the buttons. FP only allows left center or
right alignment. If I use spaces to make left aligned
text appear more to the right, spaces are dropped in
navigation. How can I position text on buttons? (see
www.weissmet.ch)

You can't
But Try in Nav view renaming w/ a leading dot to say: . The Link

Thank you for the hint. I already tried that out and it
works. The problem is, that the dot looks very ugly. You
see it on every button and the banner. I then looked for
other charakters but the all disturb very much. Is there
a kind of "blind" charakter I could use? Or could I
manually adjust the one of the css or cnf files?

Thank you for that hint. So far I haven't worked with
interactive buttons. I did some tests, seems to be a
great tool.
Just how can I use interactive buttons in automatically
generatet Link bars? I like these link bars since that
way I would not always have to update every page when
adding new pages or changing navigation structures.
Is there a wy to combine these features?
(Sorry for the late reply, but for some days I could not
reach the newsgroup...)

Thanks for you help
